Have you ever wondered how your nutrition choices are affecting your mood, anxiety level, or focus? Do you notice that your day feels like a roller coaster in terms of energy, mood, attention or focus, and anxiety? Do you want to feel more balanced throughout the day mind, body, and spirit?
If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, this workshop is for you!
In a non-judgmental, supportive, educational space, Mindful Path's Carolyn Collins, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Board Certified Art Therapist, and Certified Health Coach will lead participants through the WHATS, WHYS, and HOWS of Mindful Eating for Improved Mental Health!
In this 2-hours workshop participants will:
Discover WHAT is driving eating patterns, cravings, and non-mindful eating.
Discover WHY mindful eating for mental health matters, and WHY nutrition has such a big impact on mental health.
Discover HOW to recognize different types of hunger, cravings, triggers, levels of satiety, and satisfaction, and HOW to make simple, yet profound changes to help improve mental health and wellness by relating to the struggles in a more effective way.
Participants will walk away with all of this and SO MUCH MORE!
